CR1016 Common Rail Injector Test Bench 

CR1016 is a new type of common rail test bench with independent intellectual property rights developed by a domestic expert team for more than a year on the basis of the advanced comprehensive electronically controlled fuel system testing equipment in Europe
in the 21st century. According to the test characteristics of various electronically
controlled fuel systems, the flow performance and pressure performance of various
electronically controlled fuel systems are tested through the self-developed
multifunctional electronically controlled system embedded software, and the whole
process adopts closed-loop control. It can detect the performance of the solenoid valve (LRC) in the electronically controlled common rail fuel system and automatically alarm,and the screen will prompt the fault status of the solenoid valve.
The shell frame of the whole machine is made of precision sheet metal based on the
mainstream testing equipment in Europe. CR1016 can detect common rail injectors produced
by most manufacturers (BOSCH DENSO DELPHI SIEMENS Caterpillar). The CR1016 test bench is controlled by an embedded industrial computer, and the database in the control software can be updated and stored in the host computer through the network. It has the characteristics of high degree of automation, automatic operation of equipment, and automatic generation of test reports after the test is completed. The test speed is fast,the detection accuracy is high, the whole process is automatically measured, the test data is digitally displayed, and there is a bar graph to simulate and display the characteristics of the test process in real time.
For new common rail injectors without database, it can also be tested in manual mode.
Parameters such as rail pressure, pulse width, frequency, and test times are manually
set, and then the injector is manually tested.
